Rock Island County Housing Finance Corporation (RICHFC) is the nonprofit instrumentality dedicated to preserving, financing, developing, owning, and operating affordable housing throughout Rock Island County and surrounding underserved communities. Our mission is to expand access to safe, quality, and sustainable housing opportunities for individuals, families, seniors, and vulnerable populations.

Through strategic partnerships, innovative financing, and responsible stewardship, RICHFC supports the development and preservation of affordable housing that strengthens neighborhoods and promotes long-term community stability. From acquisition and rehabilitation to new construction and property management, we are committed to creating housing solutions that meet local needs while advancing economic growth and resident well-being.

As a mission-driven organization, RICHFC works to ensure that affordable housing remains a foundation for stronger communities, greater opportunity, and improved quality of life across the region.
